Babies Die In Samoa After Given MMR Vaccination July 2018

Vaccination Alert:

Two babies died in Samoa soon after being given the MMR vaccination on the 6th July, 2018.
The MMR vaccination is a combination for measles, mumps and rubella.
The first baby, a one year old girl, died within a minute after receiving the vaccination.
The second baby, a boy, also one year old, died within three minutes afterwards.
There are homeopathic alternatives to vaccination, and many natural remedies which are much safer than using standard vaccinations. Homeopathy and Vitamin C and A therapy will cause no harm and have no long-term side effects, but the medical industry is averse to using these alternatives, because the profit-based pharmaceutical industry dictates that doctors and hospitals must use their vaccines and other antibiotics.

With vaccines, you never know what exactly is in them, and you have only the manufacturer’s word, and the doctor’s assurance, that everything will be OK.
Parents who in every other way are good parents, who protect their children from harm, say goodbye to reason and will allow their infants and children to be injected with a foreign product, the contents of which they know nothing about, except for what they have been told by their doctors. That the vaccination could have long-term side effects such as obesity, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, cancer, or affect the brain and nervous system, causing learning difficulties, or even autism or death, does not seem to enter the minds of some even intelligent people.

Specific health problems which eventuate after vaccination are often hard to prove the cause, since manufacturers have a habit of changing their ingredients of vaccines and medications after a time. I believe this ploy is not simply because they believe they are bettering their product. There is no chain of evidence left to examine if the formulas are altered every few years.
Preservatives, such as mercury, have been used in many vaccinations, and are still used in some, to give the vaccination a longer life before it is used. These preservatives in themselves can be damaging to the health. Mercury is known to cause damage to the nervous system. The brain is an integral part of the nervous system and is very susceptible to damage by mercury. Thus, by continuing to use mercury in vaccinations, autism numbers will continue to rise, and so will cases of depression and mental illness. Even if mercury is removed from all vaccinations, you cannot be sure that the preservative they decide to use will be any safer than the mercury.

There is plenty of evidence to show that the younger the child is vaccinated, the more likely that damage will occur. There is also plenty of evidence which indicates that multiple vaccines are more likely to cause damage than a single vaccine given on its own. But still the medical industry insist on vaccinating babies, the younger the better, they say, and with multiple vaccinations, when they could easily administer single doses of a singular vaccine at a time. (I still would never put my child at risk, even with the single vaccine, but it is surely better than a multiple vaccination).
But even adults are prone to damage from vaccinations such as flu. I know of a lady who was hospitalized and put into intensive care within days after receiving a flu vaccination. The year before, she had had a shot without any adverse effects, but the formula had changed the following year, and she became very ill after the second shot. It has taken her years to recover from asthma and an ongoing nervous condition, both of which appeared directly after that faulty vaccination.

Rhubarb Home Remedy For Intestinal Worms and Constipation

Natural Remedy

The properties of Rumex, or common garden rhubarb, are various:

Rhubarb root has powerful medicinal properties. The dried rhizome can be used in treating certain intestinal problems and constipation.  It has also been used in combination with other remedies for treating cancer:  most probably because it is quick and effective in cleaning out the intestines.

Remember that the leaves are extremely poisonous, and must never be used at all.  Rhubarb leaves are high in oxalic acid which leaches out calcium and other minerals from the body, leading to bone pain and arthritis in small doses, and perhaps death in larger doses such as might occur from eating just one rhubarb leaf.

Natural Laxative: However, the stems of the rhubarb plant are edible, providing a herbal remedy of a mild laxative nature, and a delicious dessert, while the root of the plant, when dried and powdered, produces a powerful laxative and vermifuge.

Important:  Ask your health practitioner or doctor before using rhubarb root.  It may not combine with some medicines and so should be used with caution.

Dose For Dried Rhubarb Constipation and Worm Remedy: The dose for the dried rhubarb remedy is very small:  you need only take a pinch or two at a time.  I find about a 1/4 small teaspoon is perfect, taken just once in the morning, before breakfast, preferably, followed by a cup of coffee or tea or orange juice.  It is best to start with a dose even smaller and build up the dose slightly larger in a couple of days if the first effort produces no result.

Note:  The rhubarb root remedy should not be used frequently.  One dose is usually sufficient, but this could be followed with a second dose if need be within two or three days.  Then lay off the rhubarb remedy for at least a week, and take again only when necessary.

To prepare your rhubarb remedy:  Wash the freshly dug rhizome carefully.  Do not use the rhubarb rhizome if any poisons or weedkillers have been used in the garden, and also be mindful of other contaminants which could be in the soil, such as lead, mercury, asbestos, DDT, or arsenic.  If your soil is sick with toxic matter, these poisons will be stored in the rhubarb root.

Rhubarb stems are usually stewed up with chopped apple to make a tasty dessert.  Apple and rhubarb crumble is a favourite with my family.  (note that arthritis sufferers are advised to avoid rhubarb dessert, as even the edible stems of the plant contain fairly high amounts of oxalic acid.

Generally speaking, it is a good idea when making rhubarb-stem desserts to use high calcium foods, soya milk, dairy milk, and fats such as butter and olive oil, with the dessert.  These foods can help reduce the calcium-leaching effect of oxalic acid.

Growing Heritage Apple Trees From Cuttings

Health And Healing

Every organic garden should have at least one good apple tree, I believe. Apples are very beneficial to the health.  An apple a day keeps the doctor away, the old saying goes.

Heritage apples have been shown to be much higher in nutrients than modern-day apples which are  grown mainly to appeal to the eye, rather than for their healthful aspects.  Heritage apples contain plenty of those antioxidants and phytochemicals which have been proven for their ability in helping  prevent diseases such as cancer and arthritis.

There is, thankfully, a trend now for people to procure heritage apple trees, which are very old varieties, for their garden orchards.

Putting down cuttings is a way in which you can propagate your own trees from an old variety of apple tree.  The method may not always work, but there is a good chance that you may get one or two lucky strikes from the cutting method of propagation.

The good thing about the cutting method is that the newly grown tree will be true to type and will produce the same kind of fruit as the original tree.

Some varieties of apple respond better to the cutting method than others.  I have had wonderful success from an unknown old tree in the Waikato which had smallish but sweet apples, similar to a Cox’s Orange.  Lately, I have managed to grow one cutting out of several I took from my daughter’s Dunedin orchard.  This apple tree is quite old and gnarly, but is overloaded with beautiful big apples every year which stew up into a lovely creamy sweet pulp, and also make good eating apples too.  I am looking forward to when it will begin to fruit.

I took most of my cuttings in the spring-time, just before the apples began to produce their new leaves.  However, I have still had results from taking cuttings at Christmas time in New Zealand, when the apple tree had very young leaves on it.

The secret is to not let the new budding shoots dry out, or the new green leaves, if they have sprouted. So put your cuttings in a dampish place where they will get the sun for only a short time of the day. Right alongside a compost bin on the shadier side is an excellent place. The nutrients from the compost infiltrate the soil around the bin, and these nutrients help the cuttings to grow roots. Make sure to water the area where the cuttings have been planted so that the soil does not dry out.

Take cuttings around 18 inches to 2 feet long.  Bury half of the length of the cutting in the ground.

Pushing the cuttings in at an angle amongst other leafy garden plants such as comfrey, which offer some shade as well as nutrients to the upcoming young apple tree can help the cutting to take root. Remember, again, to water enough so that the soil does not dry out.

I have found the occasional drink of watered down coffee grounds to be helpful in growing apple trees from cuttings. The high nitrogen content in coffee may be why this helps new growth.

Even if you think none have taken, try to leave the cuttings in until the following spring, when you might be surprised. Some cuttings will be obviously dead by the end of the summer, and you can remove those ones, but leave in those cuttings which still show promise, even though they may not be showing new leaves. Sometimes, the plant is busy building a root system below ground, even when it has not managed to sprout new leaves. You will know when springs comes whether it has made the grade or not.

Apples can help prevent constipation, acidity of the stomach, help digestion, help prevent arthritis, cancer and many other diseases.

Glyphosate Ban In Europe Still To Be Fought June 2016

Natural Health and Agriculture At Risk Because of Monsanto’s Glyphosate:

Avaaz need our help to continue the battle against Monsanto’s glyphosate, which is marketed as ‘RoundUp’ by Monsanto.

Glyphosate-containing ‘RoundUp’ is probably Monsanto’s main money earner.  It has for many years been falsely marketed as a ‘safe’ weedkiller, or herbicide.  Farmers and householders, and town and city councils all over the western world widely use glyphosate weedkillers, believing that it does no harm.

But WHO, World Health Organization, last year in May, 2015, declared that glyphosate ‘probably’ causes cancer.  After all these years of governments ignoring the issue, it is really something for WHO to hint at the danger to health.

In my experience, glyphosate poisons also disturb the natural intestinal flora of humans and animals alike, leading to conditions such as candida, or yeast infection, and excacerbating conditions such as arthritis  depression and obesity.

Glyphosate is destroying flora and fauna all over the world:  It helps to kill off bees and other insects and spiders which are important in the natural scheme of things for the pollination of plants. A ban on Monsanto’s glyphosate poison will help save our bees.

Glyphosate will eventually kill off everything except the Monsanto-made genetically engineered seeds, which means the planet will potentially be over-run with Monsanto’s genetically modified crops to the exclusion of everything else.

Monsanto’s glyphosate-containing RoundUp poison will eventuate in Monsanto, and other major agricultural companies, dominating the agriculture of the world.  Only their genetically modified seeds, known by Monsanto as ‘RoundUp Ready’ crops  will survive, and we will have to pay to grow any of these crops. We will not be allowed to use any old seeds we have around, but will have to pay for the seed giants’ patented seeds.

Wild herbs and flowers are already at risk because of glyphosate RoundUp weedkiller. Already, these plants which can cure disease, such as dandelions, plantains, self-heal and comfrey, are being destroyed on our waysides and even in our lawns and parks.

Healing through natural herbal medicine will be a thing of the past, and people will be even more reliant on pharmaceutical drugs than they are now.

People’s health will suffer if glyphosate is not banned for good:  Glyphosate gets into our organs and pollutes our bodies, making us less resistant to diseases.  It is also a likely cause of obesity.

No heritage plants or trees will be available – the chemical and seed giants will make us pay for their patented seeds and fruit trees too.  And the quality of these new hybrid plants and seeds will most likely be inferior to our older type, more disease-resistant plants and seeds.

Food sources should not be owned by anybody. – Food and water are basic human rights of all mankind, and it is deplorable that these chemical and seed companies are working towards controlling humankind and profiting by making them dependent upon their system of agriculture.

Donate if you can, to Avaaz, who are actively working towards a world ban on Monsanto’s glyphosate-containing herbicide.

Comfrey Herbal Ointment Recipes For Burns Bites Bones And Skin

Natural Herbal Remedies

Comfrey is a powerful healer. It contains compounds and minerals, such as silica and allantoin, which greatly accelerate the healing process. It is one of the few herbs which is thought to contain Vitamin B12. (see Heinerman ‘Miracle Healing Herbs’)

The silica in Comfrey can promote hair growth,  and aid bone and teeth development.  Mineral-rich Comfrey has also been used in some natural treatments for cancer and other diseases.

Using Comfrey in salves can aid the healing of many skin troubles, such as cuts, scrapes, and bruises.  It may even be just the thing for uncomplicated cases of eczema due to allergic reaction to household cleaners and detergents.

Comfrey is not only good for the skin:  It can help to heal bone fractures as well, hence its well-known names, Knitbone, or Stitchwort. Comfrey has been used to help knit bones together since ancient times.

Comfrey salves or compounds might also be found useful in cases of arthritis, when the joints have become inflamed and sore.

This first home made remedy uses Comfrey, Plantain, Calendula, Rosemary and Lavender as its base herbs.  If you can find some Yarrow flowers to dry, then you could use those as well.

All these herbs have antiseptic qualities, and when they are used together, they become very effective indeed.

The second recipe uses just three herbs and no beeswax.

You need to find some of the old traditional type of Comfrey if you want your ointment to have the maximum healing benefits.  Traditional Comfrey, Symphytum officinale, contains allantoin, which is a cell-proliferant.  Modern types of Comfrey have been bred to eliminate  allantoin, and some are  self-sterile.  These hybridized plants do not have such good healing effects as the old-fashioned Symphytum officinale, with its allantoin and high potassium phosphorous content.

Recipe Number One

Comfrey Salve Or Ointment

Make sure all your herbs are dried before using.  If they are used fresh, your resulting ointment will not keep so well.

You will need:

Two and a half cups of olive oil

1 tablespoonful of dried lavender flowers

1 tablespoonful of dried yarrow flowers

1 tablespoonful of dried calendula or marigold flowers.

1 tablespoonful of dried self-heal flowers and leaf.  This is optional, but worth putting in if you have it.  Leave out if you cannot find any to use. This is a wee purple flower which grows in lawns and around the garden. Self-heal is also known as prunella vulgaris.

2 tablespoonfuls of dried plaintain leaf.  Use the smaller leafed variety of plaintain which grows in lawns, known as ribbed plaintain.

2 tablespoonsful of dried comfrey leaf

2 tablespoonsful of dried rosemary leaf

3/4 cup of beeswax, to add at the very end of the process, after the herbs have been infused in the oil.

Method: Put all your herbs into a screwtop jar, big enough to hold the oil.  Use a little more oil if necessary, enough to cover the herbs completely.

Infuse in a warm sunny spot for 21 days, shaking a little every day.

After 21 days is up, drain off the oil. Put your infused oil into the top of a double boiler.  Alternatively, you could use a bowl sitting over a slightly smaller size saucepan, with boiling water in the lower saucepan.

Heat up the oil in the double boiler for 10 minutes.

Now add the beeswax to the hot oil.  Stir until the beeswax has thoroughly dissolved.  Take off the bowl which now has the melted beeswax in it.   Whip all together thoroughly, stirring as the mixture cools. Pour into sterile jars.  Wait until the salve mixture has cooled down completely, then screw on the lids.

Store in a cool place.

Recipe Number Two

Comfrey And Honey Compound

Mix 1/2  a cup of olive oil with an equal amount of raw honey.

Into this mix three tablespoons of powdered comfrey herb,  two tablespoons of powdered calendula flowers and one tablespoonful of either dried self-heal or plaintain leaf.  You could use both these if you have them.

Put into an airtight jar and use as needed for sore joints, and skin abrasions.

Store in a cool place.
