Recipe Leek and Ginger Soup Good For Colds and Flu

August 25th, 2012

Gluten Free Recipe For Lentil-Leek and Ginger Soup WOW.  Nothing like having a hot, freshly-made soup in the winter to antidote the flu.  This is my own peppered-up version of leek soup which helps to drive those bugs away. Note:  If you are on blood thinners such as Warfarin, then you should not indulge in this soup.  Leeks and Ginger are both natural blood thinners, so if you have any quantity of these foods and combine them with artificial blood thinners, you could end up being over-dosed on blood thinners.  A nose bleed may result.  Far better to get your health requirements ...

Flu Jab Vaccinations Promoted On Campbell Live Show, NZ 18th April 2012

April 18th, 2012

Vaccinations Can Damage Your Immune System. However, on the issue of vaccinations for influenza which aired on tonight's show, he failed to do this.  We only heard the view of ONE medical doctor who happened to be an advocate for flu jabs.  Makes me wonder if TV3 had been authorized by some government authority to give a pro-vaccination report, by making a seemingly investigitave approach on the issue, but without including controversial evidence against ...

So now we can be certain of the value of Vitamin C in maintaining a healthy immune system.  Vitamin C is vital to good health. Vitamin C is destroyed in cooking, so some raw fruits and vegetables must ...

Acupressure To Help Reverse Cancer:  Hi Anthony. Here is a very simple tone-up routine  which you can add to your self-help recovery plan to beat cancer.  It is designed to help reactivate your immune system by stimulating various points which are related to the chakra system.
