Calcium and Colon Cancer
April 21st, 2010
The relationship between Calcium and Colon Cancer has been proven.
People who have an abundant intake of calcium-rich foods in their diets tend to have less colon cancer than those whose intake is less than 800 milligrams per day.
The RDA, or recommended daily allowance of calcium is 800 mg daily, but this amount seems conservative in the light of studies which show that a higher intake of calcium than this does protect against many diseases. It is recommended that you try to have more than 1000 mg daily, half of which should come from your high fiber greens, to help prevent ...
Borage and Silica

This was a delicious caramel-toffee-like sweet made of treacle, or golden syrup, butter, sugar and baking soda. The baking soda, which was added to the other ingredients once they were ...
Spiritual Healing and the Pendulum
April 8th, 2010
This is a story about something quite remarkable which recently happened to me. You might call the experience a development in extra-sensory perception.

In the days when I was bringing up my family and using homeopathic medicine as an alternative to conventional medicine, I found the pendulum extremely useful in deciphering which of the many available remedies were the best choice for any given ailment.
The pendulum worked miracles - there was rarely a need to go to doctors or even naturopaths, as the pendulum was always reliable in obtaining the correct remedy, ...
